Terms and Conditions

  • All events must have occurred between January 31 and December 31. New Years Eve Events can be included. 
  • A separate entry must be submitted for each event. 
  • Judges’ decisions are final. 
  • There is no limit to the number of submissions – additional categories will incur additional entry fees. 
  • You can have up to 10 Additional Event Partners – Additional Event Partners will incur additional entry fees.
  • No advance notice of winners will be provided under any circumstances. 
  • NOTE: All uploaded photographs, video, and other digital media may be used by the International Live Events Association in any/all of its publications, including web-based publications and marketing. If you enter the awards, be advised, at minimum, that you must be willing and have permission to have the 300-word description and at least 3 photos from the event shared publicly. 
  • Winners receive digital badges which cannot be altered or transferred. 
  • The awards are open to all professionals engaged in the industry of live events. Events may have taken place anywhere in the world or online.  


ESPRIT AWARDS ENTRY DISQUALIFICATION GUIDANCE: 

Recommended Disqualifications are suggested disqualifications by entry judges. An entry judge's recommended disqualifications are reviewed by the Awards Committee to determine whether a violation actually occurred. No entrant will be notified of their scores or the judges that reviewed their entry(s). If an entry is disqualified, entrants will be notified of the competition violations. 


ENTRY OVERVIEW

Disqualifications Reasons: 

  • The entrant submitted an event outside of this entry year. Entrants can submit a New Year’s Eve event. 
  • The entrant didn’t supply all required information.
  • Credit card payment not applied to entry(s) correctly. 
  • Payment not received before the payment, submission or shipping deadlines. 
  • Check payments not received by deadline.
  • Team or joint entrants’ payment not accurate for their entry.
